Due to ongoing expansion, American Management Services, Inc. (AMSERV) is the leading provider of profit improvement services to small and mid-sized privately held companies, with more than 7,000 business owners across 400 industries throughout the US. We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated and well-spoken Call Center Appointment Setters to carry out telesales calls in order to book sales appointments for our field sales team at our Orlando, FL based call center!

Verifying information
Setting outside appointments
Actively engaging with your team to ensure daily / weekly /monthly goals are met

Requirements:
Previous success in appointment setting or phone sales or inside sales or outbound sales or B2B sales
High School Diploma and at least 1 year of college
Confident, with a strong drive for continuous improvement and to meet goals
Must have a neat professional business appearance
Must be a team player and have the ability to build relationships with clients and staff
Excellent work ethic and work history
Must be reliable
Computer literate
Compensation:

This is a Full time position with a very lucrative compensation package consisting of $15/hour base + bonus + commissions.
